A. TO GUARANTEE ACCEPTED PAPER TO BE INCLUDED IN PROCEEDINGS

All attendees for APSCC 2006 must make the registration. One author per paper must be accompanied by one Mandatory registration by 12 September 2006 and the registration fee must be paid by 22 September 2006! Without a dedicated registration, the paper can not be included in the conference proceedings.

Note: (1)Accompany registration does not include conference proceedings.           (2)Late/On-Site Registration rates should be 30% higher than advance rates.

In order to qualify for advance registration discounts and the early registration rates, registration payment must be received by the September 22, 2006.. Registrations received after the deadline will be charged at the late/on-site registration rate.

Notes:

(1). The registration fee includes all technical sessions, the welcome reception, coffee breaks, meals, banquet, exhibitions, city tour , 1 volume of hard proceedings in which your paper is deemed to be included.

(2). When the regular paper is not within 8 pages or short paper not within 4 pages, surcharge is required.

(3). As soon as the registration is done, NO refunds are available.

(4). Participants who publish a paper without attending the conference will also need to register with the same fees. Participants who attend the conference without a paper will need to register, too.

(5).Please make a note of "APSCC2006" and include (1) Paper ID (2) Full Name of Author on the transfer form when you are paying for a dedicated registration fee for a paper.

(6) Please SEND us a scanned copy of your student certificate if you attend the conference as a student, or fax to APSCC2006 Secretariat (fax number:86-20-87110019).
