  2. Robustness Is it reliable?
  3. Target consumer Is this clear?
  4. Target language What age? What level?
  5. Navigability Is it easy to find your way around?
  6. Interest Does it use multimedia elements appropriately?
  7. Interface Is it well integrated?
  8. Instructions Clear and appropriate for user level?
  9. Feedback How flexible is the feedback?  Does it give adequate information about errors?
  10. Authorability Can it be authored? Does it come with an authoring shell?
  11. Variety Does it have a range of activities?
  12. Interaction How interactive is it?
  13. Voice Recognition Is it included?
  14. Links Does it relate to other materials?
  15. Methodology Is there an un underlying methodology?
  16. Flexibility Single user? Groups? Whole class?
  17. Cost effectiveness Is it worth the resources that have been put into it in terms of purchasing?
