Transportation

• South China University of Technology is located at the Wushan Science and Technology District near the Tian-He Sports Center in the eastern suburbs of the famous South China city-Guangzhou. Guangzhou is the capital of Guangdong province, a major city in South China for business and tourism.

  Convenient transportation is attributed to SCUT's location, which is regarded as the center of higher learning and technology center in Guangzhou.

1. Bus——Bus 22 goes to Beijing Road, a commercial center;
   Bus 234 leads to Guangzhou Railway Station;
   Bus 197 towards Jiangnan Xi Road.

2. Subway——The nearest exit/entrance is about 15-minutes ride away from SCUT by bus.
3. Train——The East Railway Station/The Guangzhou-Kowloon Train Station is about 3 kilo-meters away, while the GZ Train Station is 15 kilometers from SCUT. It takes around 2 hours by express train from Guangzhou to Hongkong.
