一、        安院长致辞、各班老师颁奖（时间：3:30-3:45 地点：文体中心音乐厅）

Dr. An makes the speech and the teachers presents Student Awards. (3:30p.m. to 3:45p.m., Music Hall)

二、        节目表演和抽奖（时间：3:45-5:30 地点：文体中心音乐厅）

Performance and Lottery (3:45P.M.-5:30P.M., Music Hall)

三、       领取表演纪念奖（时间：5:30-5:40 地点：文体中心音乐厅）

Get the performance awards (5:30P.M.-5:45P.M., Music Hall)

四、       自助餐（时间：6:00-8:00 地点：西湖苑一楼西餐厅）

     Buffet dinner(6:00P.M.-8:00P.M.,XIHUYUAN Restaurant)

请报名参加活动的同学和老师领取入场券及西湖苑自助餐券，并在自助餐券背面写上自己的姓名。北校区的同学请到一楼值班室领取，南校区的同学请到廖老师处领取。北校区的同学请于12月21日下午2：45准时在留学生宿舍一楼门口集中，由何老师统一带大家去音乐厅。南校区的同学请与陈灵老师联系。请大家相互转告。

The students who have registered please take the tickets at the lobby of the Dorm (for north campus) or Mr. Liao (for south campus). Please write your name on the back of the tickets. The students of north campus can meet at 2:45 at the dorm so Ms. He will take you to the Music Hall. The students of south campus can contact Miss Chen Ling for details.
