报告人简介:
Dr. Singh has made significant contributions to the Food Science profession especially in the area of process engineering through his research, teaching and outreach activities. His innovative research ideas, organizational ability, leadership, and expertise in several aspects of food processing have benefited research literature, food industry, and the scientific community around the world. He is the Editor-in-Chief of LWT-Food Science and Technology.
He has effectively communicated results of his research through refereed publications, books, book chapters, conference abstracts and technical workshops. His major contribution has been in advancing state-of-the-knowledge in thermal process modelling, innovative processing methods, value-added ingredients from the food processing industry, and food safety engineering. His research has helped the food industry in producing value-added, safe, economical, nutritious and wholesome foods through advances in processing technologies.
