[Abstract]

This presentation will explore recent advances in photocatalytic materials and their promising role in sustainable water treatment. Key topics include semiconductor-based mechanisms, novel materials such as doped TiO₂ and g-C₃N₄ composites, and their effectiveness in degrading pollutants and emerging contaminants. Real-world case studies, prototype development, and future prospects for scale-up and integration into hybrid systems will also be discussed. The report highlights photocatalysis as an innovative and eco-friendly approach to addressing global water challenges.
